🏗️ This project was a unique one—surprisingly easy to sell, yet incredibly challenging to build. We encountered numerous roadblocks along the way, including Covid-related hurdles, as well as obstacles imposed by the City and County. Additionally, the skyrocketing cost of materials added to the complexity.

Despite these challenges, we persevered and achieved success in the end! Great job Kellie Sharpe for our smoothest closing of the year. 🙌🎉
