Our private offices are fully leased during the pandemic. Vision saw an influx of businesses seeking small private offices as a way to escape the monotony of working from home and bring back some normalcy. Throughout the pandemic, the Shoppes and Offices at Avalon Park have increased sanitation and specifically at common touch-points throughout our building on a daily basis. Additionally, installing hand sanitizer stations throughout our building and offering assistance to tenants in need. We hope everyone stays healthy and safe through these challenging times.
