Alafaya Plaza
In January 2019, Vision Development and Management purchased the Shoppes at Alafaya Plaza near the nation’s 2nd largest college – University of Central Florida. This plaza is a 14,325 sq. foot shopping center located just down the road from UCF, drawing in an enormous amount of traffic. We are happy to welcome Surterra Wellness, Homesick Tattoos, Scuba Partners, Gracie Barra Jui Jitsu, Rumaku Sushi, Hookah Lounge, and more.
